Once you book with us, we are available to you anytime. We set up a planning call about two months and another about two weeks in advance of your big day to build your timeline and shot list together. This means nothing gets missed on your wedding day, and you're not making decisions about photos while it's happening.
On your wedding day, we help keep things on schedule and manage family formals so they don't eat into your time. You get to actually enjoy your day while we handle the photography side of it. Afterward, your full gallery and film are delivered within 4-6 weeks. And if you ever need to reach us, we're just a call or text away.

01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Booking is easy. Contact us by email or contact page and we will quickly reach back out to set up a quick call to go through your day and pick the right package for you. From there we will draft and invoice and contract for you to review. Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, we are officially booked!
02. Do you travel outside of Napa?
Yes — we're based in Napa but regularly travel throughout Sonoma, Sacramento, and the greater San Francisco Bay Area, and we're happy to travel almost anywhere in the US and beyond. If your venue is outside Northern California, reach out and we can figure out the best options for your day.
03. Do you offer photography and videography together, or can we book separately?
Both. Many couples bundle photography and videography as one package, but we also book each service independently depending on what your day needs.
04. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as possible to hold your date. Most couples book us 9-12 months in advance, though we sometimes have availability for shorter timelines — reach out and we'll let you know what's open.
